Explore the Diagnoser system
Unfortunately, the Diagnoser assessment site is currently offline. Instead of following the instructions below, you can read this chapter on the facet-based approach to formative assessment published through the National Academies Press.
CURRENTLY OFFLINE: Explore Diagnoser.com to see how Facets can be used to organize an integrated system of formative assessment and instruction.
- Register as a teacher on Diagnoser.com
- Explore the Home page to see how Diagnoser can be integrated within your school/class curriculum.
- Explore Content Resources and visit on topic, and unit to see the Learning Goals, Facet Cluster, Elicitation Questions, developmental Lessons, Diagnoser Question Sets, and Prescriptive Activities associated with each unit of content.
- Go to Classes to add your class to the system.
- Go to Assignments to Explore and Assign Question Sets and to Review and Manage Assignments.
- Explore the Teacher Report, which is accessible after your class has completed one or more assignments. The Teacher Report will give the teacher the two highest frequency problematic Facets associated with that class, and will give you access to Prescriptive Activities designed to address the need associated with the Facets.
